Brian C. Stewart, Esq. litigation attorney at Parker & McConkie, has devoted his legal practice and career to representing people and families injured in accidents because his own father died as a result of defective and dangerous products. He has successfully represented persons seriously impacted by all types of accidents and injuries, including auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, industrial accidents, falls, dog bites, burns, defective products, brain injuries, scarring, amputation, and paralysis. He has also won numerous high-profile wrongful death cases, including the tragic deaths of University of Utah students Lauren McCluskey and Zhifan Dong, securing substantial settlements for their families. He also represents Gabby Petito’s family. Brian graduated from Utah State University, business school at the University of Utah, and law school at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has taught finance and law-related courses as adjunct faculty at Westminster College and the University of Utah. He also worked as a judicial law clerk for Utah State District Courts and at the Utah Supreme Court.
