“Having inserted itself into all aspects of the digital advertising marketplace, Google has used anticompetitive, exclusionary, and unlawful means to eliminate or severely diminish any threat to its dominance over digital advertising technologies,” the lawsuit states.
Since the N.L.R.B.’s leaders cannot be removed by the president, Amazon claims, its structure is unconstitutional, depriving Amazon of its right to due process and its right to a fair trial.

“Many of us watch the news and we wonder where all of these guns are coming from,” Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown said. “Now we have part of the answer.”
“We successfully halted their first two illegal student loan cancellation schemes,” Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey said in a statement. “I have no doubt we will secure yet another win to block the third one.”
“It’s just shocking, the potential scope of it,” an attorney told The Washington Post. “No one has any real clear answers as to how many people this particular soldier impacted.”
“The law says that you can’t discriminate against an employee because of a disabled loved one, but that’s what Ann Arbor schools did to Alison Epler and her family,” said Nick Roumel, an attorney for plaintiff Alison Epler. “After her husband’s severe health crisis, Ann Arbor Public Schools was less than supportive and refused to return Ms. Epler to the position she had earned prior to her husband’s illness.”
“The truth deserves a level playing field, and Governor Palin looks forward to presenting her case to a jury that is ‘provided with relevant proffered evidence and [is] properly instructed on the law,’” an attorney for Palin said.
“Nylah, still in her first year of adolescence, likely had no idea what she was doing or that following along with the images on her screen would kill her,” U.S. Circuit Court Judge Paul Matey wrote. “But TikTok knew that Nylah would watch because the company’s customized algorithm placed the videos on her ‘For You Page.’”
