Whole Foods Voluntarily Recalls Tortilla Chips Over Undeclared Allergens

If you’re a fan of shopping at Whole Foods, this latest recall may interest you. Earlier this week the popular retailer issued a voluntary recall of 365 Everyday Value White Corn Tortilla Chips over concerns that the product may “contain undeclared milk that was not listed on the product label.” This is a serious matter considering the fact that many people across the country have allergies or severe sensitivities to milk. If these customers consume the mislabeled chips, they may run the risk of developing a “serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.”








Boy Scouts of America Issues Voluntary Recall of 110,000 Neckerchief Slides

Earlier this week, the Boy Scouts of America issued a recall of an estimated 110,000 neckerchief slides “that have been found to contain dangerous levels of lead.” The recall was posted on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) website on Wednesday, and claim the four models of the recalled neckerchief slides “have been shown to contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban within the slides’ colored enamel.”
