  1. The Law of Bankruptcy – A situation when a person loses the ability to pay off his debts is known as bankruptcy. In this case, the authorities can use the person’s assets to clear his or her debts.
  1. The Law of Negotiable Instruments – Any substitute of money legally acceptable is called a negotiable instrument. It is a promise to the holder to pay the amount at a date specified—E.g. Cheques, promissory notes, etc.
  1. Law of Contracts – A voluntary agreement between two or more people is a contract. It handles most of the business transactions. However, according to their use, there are many kinds of contracts in a business.
