Nestlé Recalls Refrigerated Cookie Dough Due to Rubber Contamination

Earlier this week, Nestlé issued a recall for certain lots of refrigerated cookie dough.

If you’re a fan of refrigerated cookie dough, listen up. Earlier this week Nestlé issued a voluntary recall of ready-to-bake refrigerated cookie dough over concerns it may be contaminated with chunks of food-grade rubber. At the moment, the recall only includes the ready-to-bake dough with batch codes beginning with 9189 through 9295.

What are the specific products included in the recall, though? According to the recall notice, the affected products include the following and were distributed across the U.S.:

Fortunately, no illnesses or injuries have been reported from the consumption of the products. Just to be safe, though, Nestlé is advising consumers not to eat the products. Instead, they should be thrown away or returned for a refund.
